This new system of a doctor ringing you before an appointment is made.....??? Fantastic! One can only guess how many appointments can be dealt with and probably avoided in the case of 'silly calls' by a 2 minute phone call. Best illustrated by the very often same/next day appointment. Best practice I've ever been registered with, I've seen 4/5 doctors and 4/5 nurses now, and every one of them has been polite, professional, friendly, patient, and made sure I left knowing exactly what was what.

Fantastic surgery and staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Clinicians keep me informed. Only criticism is that as I live only a few yards away I cannot collect my prescription from the surgery which is most inconvenient and odd.

Pharmacy lets this practice down. Often slow service but worse is the continual lack of items at the time collection, needing repeat six mile return trips to check if arrived!

We find since the new procedures have been implemented it has reduced the waiting time to see the doctor or nurse and cannot understand people who complain as we have always found the Galletly practice to be very helpful . Thank you Mr &Mrs RA Booth
